We do not allow over occupancy.<\/p>\n Arrival\/Departure<\/strong> Guests can take possession after 3pm on day of arrival and are requested to to vacate before 9.30am on day of departure. On arrival please come to reception in main building.<\/p>\n Changeover<\/strong> All Elms, Briar Bank, Elders are Friday to Friday; Clifftop and Dawn View are Saturday to Saturday.<\/p>\n Bungalows electricity<\/strong> is included in tariff.<\/p>\n Bed linen <\/strong> is included in tariff, it helps us to know in advance, beds to be made up. Towels are not supplied.<\/p>\n Essentials<\/strong> such as tea towels, washing up liquid, J-clothes, toilet rolls are supplied.<\/p>\n Small Laundrette on site \u00a0<\/strong>available to guests.<\/p>\n Cot, high chair<\/strong> can be provided.<\/p>\n Dogs<\/strong> \u00a325.00 weekly( 2 dogs maximum). Please keep dogs on lead in garden and do not allow them to foul.<\/p>\n Smoking<\/strong> Guests are asked not to smoke in bungalows.<\/p>\n Valuables<\/strong> The proprietors will not be responsible for valuables unless deposited with them and a receipt taken.<\/p>\n Parking<\/strong> Private parking besides the main building.
