Availability/Bookings For up to date availabilty of bungalows please use ‘Contact Us’ with dates required or telephone.
Payment of deposits and Balance A deposit of £170 per week has to be paid before a booking is confirmed. The balance is due a week before arrival. Please note that BACS is a preferred form of payment but we do accept debit/credit card payments.
Cancellations If we are unable to re-let any bookings then the full balance is payable. We reccommend a holiday insurance.
Occupancy All Elms, Briar Bank, Clifftop and Elders accommodate a maximum of four persons, Dawn View a maximum of six persons. We do not allow over occupancy.
Arrival/Departure Guests can take possession after 3pm on day of arrival and are requested to to vacate before 9.30am on day of departure. On arrival please come to reception in main building.
Changeover All Elms, Briar Bank, Elders are Friday to Friday; Clifftop and Dawn View are Saturday to Saturday.
Bungalows electricity is included in tariff.
Bed linen is included in tariff, it helps us to know in advance, beds to be made up. Towels are not supplied.
Essentials such as tea towels, washing up liquid, J-clothes, toilet rolls are supplied.
Small Laundrette on site available to guests.
Cot, high chair can be provided.
Dogs £25.00 weekly( 2 dogs maximum). Please keep dogs on lead in garden and do not allow them to foul.
Smoking Guests are asked not to smoke in bungalows.
Valuables The proprietors will not be responsible for valuables unless deposited with them and a receipt taken.
Parking Private parking besides the main building. A short walk up to the bungalows. People with walking difficulties should seek our advice before booking bungalows.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all the bungalows.
